ADD/ADHD Evaluation and Services

For more than 25 years, Dr. Mooney has evaluated adults of all ages. He currently limits evaluations to adults.

• collects extensive social history,
• gathers feedback from family members,
• administers standardized neuropsychological testing, 
• rules out alternative causes of inattention, hyperactivity, impulsivity, lack of emotional control, and learning difficulty.

         You will learn:

• about the nature of ADD/ADHD,
• how ADD/ADHD may specifically affect you,
• about the role of medications to help decrease the impact of ADD/ADHD,
• about non-medication approaches, including EEG Biofeedback/Neurofeedback. 

          At your request, a written report will be sent to your doctor (if you choose medication).

          You will receive a comprehensive report describing all findings. 

• coaching about how to manage ADD/ADHD, 
• EEG Biofeedback/Neurofeedback
• recommendations for interventions,
• brief follow-up testing to determine if medication is of maximum effectiveness.
